Honors/AP Computer Science A - Java Midterm

The midterm exam covers Chapters 1-7 (except Ch. 4) including, but not limited to, the topics classes, objects, methods, properties, data types, Boolean algebra, if statements, and loops. It is modeled on the AP Computer Science A exam with one section of approximately 20 multiple choice questions and one section of 2 or 3 free response questions, each with 2 or 3 parts. You will be given a copy of the Computer Science A Exam Quick Reference.

Here is a small practice exam that includes some Free Response questions. It is recommended that you obtain a copy of one or more of the available Computer Science AP Exam workbooks (listed here) if you would like to take a practice AP exam.

 

 

Honors/AP Computer Science AB - Data Structures Midterm

The midterm exam covers Chapters 1-3, 5-7, 9, 11, 13, 14, & 17-19 including, but not limited to, the topics classes, objects, methods, properties, data types, Boolean algebra, if statements, loops, interfaces, inheritance, arrays, ArrayLists, exceptions, recursion, searching, sorting, Big-Oh, linked lists, stacks, and queues.

It is modeled on the AP Computer Science AB exam with one section of approximately 20 multiple choice questions and one section of 2 or 3 free response questions, each with 2 or 3 parts. You will be given a copy of the Computer Science AB Exam Quick Reference.
