Thoroughly research a popular mobile app development environment. You must identify and detail:

• the software platform
• available libraries and API's
• the hardware devices & manufacturers
• developer tools including available
  • SDK's
  • IDE's
  • emulators
  • costs
  • limitations
• app marketplace & distribution
• current market share & prospect for growth

Paper

Write an informational term paper that is a minimum of 5 pages not including the cover page, the Works Cited and attachments. You must include web page addresses so the reader can easily access relevant information. Any direct quotes or slightly edited summaries from outside sources must be properly cited on a Works Cited page. The paper will be graded using the rubric at http://minich.com/education/wyo/rubrics/writingstandards.htm. The printout must be submitted and an electronic copy must be emailed to the instructor.

Multimedia Presentation

You must create a multimedia presentation (PowerPoint, Google Presentation, KeyNote, etc.) that should take 10-12 minutes to present to the rest of the class. Your presentation must reinforce key ideas and stimulate the listeners' interest & focus their attention. The slides should not be simply read aloud. After the presentation, you must entertain and answer any questions from the audience.
